Our beloved island spot, known for its relaxed vibes and signature flavors, has weathered the storms and is ready to welcome guests back starting November 13. A Fresh Start with a Limited Menu
While we’re excited to serve our guests again, our reopening will feature a limited menu as we gradually get back to full operations. We’ve selected customer favorites and comfort dishes to kick things off, including appetizers like our Peel N Eat Shrimp and crowd-pleasing Conch Fritters, as well as our signature Swamp Burger topped with bacon and cheddar. We’re focusing on dishes that embody the island spirit you love while ensuring the highest quality and freshness.

Adjusted Hours and What to Expect
We’re currently operating on adjusted hours to accommodate our ongoing recovery efforts. Starting this Wednesday, Rum Bay will open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. As power and supply lines stabilize, we’ll extend our hours gradually, aiming to provide you with more time to enjoy our dishes and signature drinks, including the Rumbay Smash, the perfect way to end a day at the beach.
